Please let us know if you are unhappy with our service, and we will work to make it right or you won't be charged for the visit!

 

There are certain circumstances which we are unable to guarantee service. We will always make every effort to clean in the best manner possibe but we cannot guarantee service under the following circumstances:

overgrown grass or weeds

pebble and gravel areas

landscaping (bark, ivy, plants)

muddy areas

non-solid, loose feces (diarrhea)

 

 

Holiday Observances:
New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

 

Payment Terms:
Invoices are mailed at the end of each month, after the work is all done and due on/before the 15th of the month following service. There is a $10.00 late fee for accounts not paid by the 15th of the month following the service. There is a $20.00 return check fee.

You choose the schedule that is best for you:

Commander Doodie will clean your yard on a schedule determined best by you, based on your budget and the needs of your pet(s). You may even sign up for short-term service. Service includes complete cleanup of your yard, feces is double-bagged and disposed of in your residential receptacle or in accordance with your cities' local ordinances.

 

Sign up is easy and convienent via website or phone and best of all, there are no contracts to sign! If you need to adjust your service schedule or hold service for a day, a week or even for a couple of weeks, just let us know ahead of time and you will not be charged for those visits.

Please consider the following when arranging service:

If applicable, please unlock your gate or provide us with the combination or key to your lock on your scheduled service day(s). For liability reasons, workers are not to climb or jump over fences in order to perform service.

We love pets and get along well with with them. If possible, we will make arrangments to be introduced to your pet(s) on the first visit in order to put your pet at ease when we arrive on our service day(s). However, there are some cases when a dog will not let our worker into the yard. Please consider carefully whether your dog is good or not with strangers, otherwise, please make arrangements to restrain or confine your dog. We don't want to take unnecessary risks with your pet(s) or with our workers.

If your gate is locked or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to do the work, it may be necessary to charge for the service call that could not be completed. If, for instance, you get to work and remember that the gate is locked, call us early to tell us to skip that day so that you won't be charged.
